For SCAD's 2021 fall plays, the department did a collection of ten minute plays. I was the designer for the undergraduate play, Coaster. It is a story about a woman trapping her boyfriend into a difficult conversation about their relationship where he cannot run away, like he always does, on a roller coaster. I worked with the director to get his insight on the characters and his vision for their costumes. I then made mood boards of the characters, sourced garments, and attended fittings for the actors.
