After the release of the animated series, Arcane, based on the League of Legend video game, many people found the similarities between Jinx from Arcane and Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled. As someone who adores both of these characters, I really enjoyed the fan made mash ups between the two and wanted to create my own. I made this project on a small budget, repurposing some old clothes and craft supplies or thrifting certain items. I cut and painted a pair of old jeans, adding on some additional trim. The top was thrifted, dyed, and decorated to resemble the desired color pallet. The wig and accessories were repurposed and styled to match Jinx's iconic double braids, mixed with braided ribbons and flowers from my supply stash. All of the designs were hand painted on. It was a joy to create using mostly what I had and making it work for my version of this unique character mashup.
